At Bedell Guitars, we hold an uncompromising commitment to legal compliance, environmental stewardship, and full supply chain transparency. Every tonewood utilized in our handcrafted acoustic instruments is legally acquired in strict adherence to all domestic and international timber trade regulations, including CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) and the U.S. Lacey Act, backed by verified documentation.

Salvaged & End-of-Lifecycle Timber: Individual trees salvaged directly from forest floors as naturally fallen, deadwood, or trees reaching the end of their biological lifecycle.

Low-Impact Selective Harvesting: Trees harvested individually using low-impact techniques designed to leave surrounding forest ecosystems, canopy structures, and wildlife habitats undisturbed.
